del Inti is a new Peruvian-Northwest inspired restaurant highlighting the Northwest's seasonality with a Peruvian flair. del Inti literally means "of the sun" in Incan. Husband and wife owners Ignacio and Erin del Solar want this warmth to be felt in the cuisine and service at del Inti.
